Pastor Clovice Ramsey
Pastor
Pastor Clovice Ramsey currently serves as the Administrative Assistant in the City of Cleveland Heights Probation Department. She is a 1974 graduate of John F. Kennedy High School and attended Cuyahoga Community College’s Metropolitan and Eastern Campuses, as well as Moody Bible Institute.
Pastor Ramsey has been utilized by God in diverse experiences, including air traffic,
modeling, and public speaking. She has faithfully represented the Kingdom of God through her ministry in churches, youth programs, funerals, and senior facilities. Her ministry outreach has extended to the City of Cleveland’s Juvenile Detention Center, City Mission, Laura’s Home, auto garages, backyards, and anywhere the Spirit of the Lord has led her.
Pastor Clovice Ramsey passionately preaches the message: “No matter what you know, who you know, or what you have, if you don’t have JESUS, you ain’t got nothing!” Ordained as Minister and Elder in 2006 under Dr. Gwendolyn McCurry of All Nations Ministries, Pastor Ramsey faithfully served for years before birthing her own ministry—God Is In Control (GIIC) Ministries. Through GIIC, she ushers restoration to those grieving, wounded, and bound. God has called her to break down religious walls and restore hope to the hopeless.
Affectionately known as Pastor Clovice, she now leads God’s Miracle Temple, located at 10401 Union Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio. Her calling is to guide souls out of their comfort zones and into spiritual growth, perfecting and equipping believers for the work of ministry.
Pastor Clovice is married to Minister Ramsey, who shares her calling to help free captives from bondage. Together, they have endured tremendous personal loss, including the passing of their only child, along with other family members. Despite this, Pastor Clovice continues to walk in divine peace, grounded in Isaiah 26:3—‘Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee.’
She is a firm believer that there is urgency for the people of God to take their rightful
position and receive their Kingdom inheritance. Her late son, Javon, once shared prophetic words that continue to guide her ministry. At his homegoing service, Pastor Clovice declared that every soul she leads to Christ is a victory over the enemy, a testament to her unwavering faith and daily devotion to God’s mission.
